The technology park<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In Valenciennes, in the Hauts-de-France region, Transalley is an international technology<\/strong>park that brings together companies, research laboratories and training institutions to develop the mobility and industry of the future.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Upon the remains of an ancient Gallo-Roman city, businesses and teams draw inspiration to imagine<\/strong> new technologies, develop<\/strong> their R&D processes, and expand<\/strong> their networks, skills, and talents.<\/p>\n\n

On this land steeped with history, Transalley is now a 34-hectare strategic<\/strong> location connected to the Universit\u00e9 Polytechnique Hauts-de-France and unites all the players in the Mobility\/Transport sector. Close to both research and testing facilities, it is in the heart of one of the most dynamic<\/strong> regions in the automobile, railway, aeronautic, and new mobility solution domains. <\/p>\n\n

Transalley offers an environment that favours business development. The technology park, designated a Parc d’innovation Hauts-de-France, provides equipment and services that meet the highest standards of international science and technology parks. It offers unique<\/strong> amenities including, notably, a testing and demonstration track for intelligent transport systems, Gyrovia<\/a>, as well as the l’Institut des Mobilit\u00e9s et des Transports Durables<\/a>, a veritable events centre. <\/p>\n\n

Governance<\/h2>\n\n

The management, coordination, organisation, and promotion of the Transalley project are handled by the Association Technop\u00f4le du Valenciennois, created in 2009.<\/p>\n\n

The association is supported financially by Valenciennes M\u00e9tropole, the Universit\u00e9 Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, the CCI Grand-Hainaut, the Hauts-de-France region, and the European Union via the European Regional Development Fund.<\/p>\n\n

The Transalley SPL, created in 2017, is presided over by Valenciennes M\u00e9tropole. It makes it possible to provide the business incubator and business centre at the site. Its shareholders are the CAVM and the City of Valenciennes. <\/p>\n\n
